The annual report believes that how to allow graphene to peel off thinner, how to protect the purity of graphene products, to minimize the free metals, ash and impurities, is still two technical problems.
According to the annual report, graphene prepared by mechanical stripping seems simple and high quality graphene can be obtained, but graphene can only be produced by luck and difficult to achieve mass production. The preparation of graphene films by chemical vapor deposition has high cost and low yield. It is difficult to realize batch production due to the size of the cavity of CVD devices.
