16 Products Involved Infringement, HUAWEI Claimed 80 Million Yuan from Samsung
HUAWEI and Samsung’s case had recent progresses. Reporter learned from the Quanzhou Municipal Intermediate People's court that HUAWEI Terminal Co., Ltd. Concidered theirselves being infringed. So, they sued Samsung (China) Investment Co., Ltd. to the Quanzhou intermediate people's court, and claimed 80 million yuan.
